These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Tarot reading services. By booking and/or receiving a Tarot reading, you accept these T&C. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Overview

Tarot readings are provided for guidance, reflection, and personal insight. The readings are NOT intended as professional advice for legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase and receive Tarot readings. By booking a reading, you confirm that you are of legal age.

3. Disclaimer

• Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only.
• All interpretations and insights provided during a reading are offered in good faith and are subject to your personal judgment.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any reading.
• Readings should not replace professional advice from qualified experts (e.g., doctors, therapists, lawyers, or financial consultants).

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ensure that all personal information and details discussed during Tarot readings are kept confidential unless required by law.

5. Payment and Refunds

• Payment must be made in full prior to the reading.
• Tarot readings are non-refundable once the session has started. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.
• In case of a no-show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the reading), no refund will be issued.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You can reschedule a Tarot reading by contacting me at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or an alternative appointment will be offered.

7. Code of Conduct

• Clients must treat the Tarot reader (Danielle Findlater) with respect and courtesy at all times.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

• I am not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by the client based on the Tarot reading.
• In no event shall I be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

I reserve the right to update these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or communicating through email.
